Agreement Between User and P-Eight Plumbing
The P-Eight Plumbing website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by P-Eight Plumbing. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of P-Eight Plumbing constitutes your agreement to all such terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your reference.
Privacy
Your use of P-Eight Plumbing is subject to its Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting P-Eight Plumbing or sending emails to P-Eight Plumbing constitutes electronic communications. Payment and Billing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, check, cash, and ACH transfer.
Late payments may incur fees, interest charges, and collection costs.
A deposit may be required for large projects.
Returned checks or failed transactions will result in an additional service fee.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
Final invoices may differ due to labor, materials, or unforeseen conditions.
P-Eight Plumbing reserves the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
A cancellation fee may apply for short-notice cancellations.
Deposits may be non-refundable if work has already begun or materials have been purchased.
Warranties and Guarantees
P-Eight Plumbing provides a limited workmanship guarantee on labor (typically 30–90 days, depending on the service).
Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, if applicable.
Warranties do not cover damages caused by misuse, tampering, pre-existing conditions, or work performed by others after service.
Liability and Limitations
P-Eight Plumbing is not liable for damages caused by pre-existing plumbing conditions, defective materials, or customer negligence.
Customers are responsible for protecting personal property in work areas.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-Eight Plumbing disclaims liability for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
Permits and Compliance
Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits unless otherwise specified in writing.
P-Eight Plumbing complies with all applicable state and local building codes.
Access to Property
Customers must provide safe and legal access to the property.
Work areas must be cleared of obstacles prior to service.
Emergency Services
Emergency response times are based on availability and are not guaranteed.
Higher rates may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday services.
Termination of Services
P-Eight Plumbing reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if unsafe conditions, illegal requests, or abusive behavior are present.

P-Eight Plumbing may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). Linked Sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or operations. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of P-Eight Plumbing or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or resell content without permission.
Communication Services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. P-EIGHT PLUMBING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Termination/Access Restriction
P-Eight Plumbing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services at any time, without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Entire Agreement
Unless otherwise specified, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and P-Eight Plumbing regarding the Site and supersedes all prior communications.
